Clinical Trainer Role

Mia Aesthetics is a leading provider of plastic surgery services, committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

About the Position

The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for delivering training to our clinical staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide superior patient care. This is a key role in our organization, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular clinic visits to provide training and coaching to OR Circulators and OR Sterilizers
  • Monitor clinical skills and competence of OR staff and provide timely and relevant feedback
  • Facilitate education and continuing professional development for OR staff across our clinics
  • Act as a role model and expert clinical practitioner in the delivery of patient care
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
  • Undertake clinical duties as required to support the business
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills, including change management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional coaching skills
  • Detailed-oriented, team player with ability to adapt to various work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a training delivery position
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching
  • High-level visual and auditory acuity for timely response and patient care assessment activities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly
Travel Requirements

At least 50-75% local and out-of-state travel required
