We are seeking a dedicated Residential Counselor to join our team at Crystal Springs Inc., a residential facility for individuals with disabilities. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, providing supervision and support, and fostering a calm environment.
About the Job- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of residents by providing support and supervision in daily activities.
- Foster a calm and structured environment that promotes independence and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless care continuity and achieve shared goals.
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Able to perform physical interventions as necessary to ensure resident safety
Competitive hourly rate: $21.50-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
