Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans to optimize independence and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and implement therapeutic interventions to foster progress and growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid MA licensure and NBCOT certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Benefits Package

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $74,200 per year.
