Compliance and Training Manager

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of document control and training principles, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation and prepare reports and audits to help identify document inconsistencies.
You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong MS Office skills and utilized LMS skills are also desirable.
