Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Agile teams to facilitate their progress and eliminate obstacles.
- Guide, mentor, and support teams in their Agile journey.
- Coordinate various teams employing different Agile methodologies to guarantee high-quality software delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of solutions for a range of challenges of moderate complexity.
- Encourage team accountability and commitment to their goals.
- Champion the team's processes, fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and ownership of decisions.
- Possession of an active TS clearance.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in gathering and documenting both technical and business requirements.
- At least five (5) years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for a development team.
- Proficiency in utilizing the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket).
- Experience in leading client delivery initiatives and engaging with senior-level management.
- Ability to manage expectations of multiple Product Owners effectively.
- Experience in educating technical teams on Agile principles, including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM-I, or SSM) is required.

Compensation
The typical salary range for this position is $104,000 - $166,000, reflecting the expected compensation based on experience and other relevant factors.
