Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer fitness evaluations and orientations to new members
  • Develop and implement personalized training programs for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
  • Update and maintain the Personal Training App
  • Instruct members on proper exercise techniques and equipment use
  • Adjust and operate all fitness equipment
  • Attend Personal Training related meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
  • Nationally recognized Personal Training certification
  • CPR/AED certification
  • 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for the fitness industry and commitment to delivering exceptional results
Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to perform all essential physical aspects of the position, including standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. Additionally, you must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
