Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of housing and residential services, including program design, execution, assessment, and continuous policy enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and funding requirements.
  • Identify the needs of the programs and oversee budgeting for all initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exceptional Education, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in senior-level administration.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
