Part-Time Retail Chocolate Specialist

A Lderach Store Sales Representative serves as a key representative of our brand, dedicated to delivering an exceptional shopping experience for Lderach patrons. The ideal candidate is a chocolate enthusiast with a lively spirit and a friendly demeanor, thriving in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing an outstanding in-store customer experience, including delivering accurate and comprehensive information about Lderach products.
- Managing product sales and register operations, which includes maintaining shop and shelf organization, gift wrapping, and fulfilling in-store orders.
- Aiming to meet store sales targets through thoughtful product recommendations.
- Assisting in maintaining compliance with in-store standards and loss prevention measures.
- Adhering to merchandising and food safety guidelines.
- Collaborating with store management on visual merchandising setups and other store-related initiatives.
- Experience in premium retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.
- Dependable and adaptable, with the willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- A genuine passion for chocolate.
- Availability during peak holiday seasons (including major shopping days).
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $17.
