Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at SNIPES. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stock area, and visual merchandising displays.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, including achieving sales goals, hourly productivity, and average dollar sale.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with store management and colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Availability: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
