Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for Imelda Mendoza - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the Agent Team to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and contribute to the growth and success of the agency.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • People-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Dedicated to customer service and able to work in a team environment
  • Achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and have experience in marketing
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
