You will serve as the primary link between our Culinary teams, Trade Marketing, and Sales, ensuring the delivery of exceptional product, recipe, and presentation content that aligns with our esteemed brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute logistics for customer engagements and events, requiring significant travel.
  • Facilitate Culinary customer interactions by preparing products and presentations that support the introduction of new offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary Development Managers to coordinate customer call logistics.
  • Manage the event calendar, ensuring seamless coordination across Culinary and other departments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for trade shows and customer events, leading and participating in these initiatives.
  • Contribute to the product development process by participating in meetings to understand upcoming launches and associated recipes.
  • Provide guidance on executing recipes during travel and develop best practices for new innovations.
  • Engage in recipe development for major projects, ensuring alignment with our culinary vision.
  • Demonstrate expertise in current flavor trends and create consumer-focused recipes utilizing our products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Nutrition, Culinary Science, Consumer Science, or a related field, coupled with extensive hands-on culinary experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years in the culinary sector, with a strong focus on recipe and product development within consumer packaged goods.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Experience collaborating with brand management, innovation, sales, and digital teams for product and content creation.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with advanced culinary knowledge.
  • Recognized for creativity and initiative, with a strong track record in the culinary industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly in complex scenarios.
