Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our JLTV Trailer Production team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Employee Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports to track production progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience: 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Education: BA/BS degree in a manufacturing or production-related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This position operates in a fast-paced production environment and requires the ability to work effectively in a team setting. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and will be able to work in a variety of environments, including office and manufacturing settings.
