About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist I to join our team at Seattle Children's. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our surgical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain operating rooms, equipment, and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions during procedures
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and safe patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Graduation from a Surgical Technologist Program or applicable military surgical technologist course of study
  • Current Washington state registration as a surgical technologist
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers
  • Preferred: Minimum one year of current operating room tech experience
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $30.91 to $50.03 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
