About the Role

Lifelong Access is seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Pediatric Therapy program. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral supports and skills development for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help individuals reach their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral supports and skills development through observation, assessment, research, and written plans.
  • Collaborate with ABA, speech, PT, and OT teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a human service field.
  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • One year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities, with a minimum of one year experience in the field of ABA working with children with autism as a BCBA preferred.
  • Valid Illinois driver's license with driving record in good standing.
  • Current proof of automobile insurance.
