Job Summary

The Nurse Care Specialist is a critical role within our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support. As a member of our team, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Requirements

Current valid CA Registered Nurse license.

Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.

Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Previous Critical Care experience preferred.
