Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Galivan, California.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $**70,000**-$**90,000**, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
- Weekly pay with competitive compensation
- Guaranteed work hours
- Payment for both direct and indirect services rendered

- Health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week
As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid California State SLP License
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
