Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications.
  • Draft job descriptions and interview questions for hiring managers.
  • Manage recruiting firms and agencies to source high-quality candidates.
  • Analyze market data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Post and manage open positions on job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Verify candidate references and credentials.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with VISTA Software, MS Planner, and/or Smartsheet a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
  • High level of discretion and judgment in both interpersonal and business matters.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with others.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
