Key Responsibilities:- Consult with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications.
- Draft job descriptions and interview questions for hiring managers.
- Manage recruiting firms and agencies to source high-quality candidates.
- Analyze market data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Post and manage open positions on job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates.
- Verify candidate references and credentials.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with VISTA Software, MS Planner, and/or Smartsheet a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
- High level of discretion and judgment in both interpersonal and business matters.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with others.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
