Position Overview
The Electronics Test Specialist role at Bel Fuse Inc. is designed for individuals who are skilled in evaluating and validating electronic equipment. As a key member of our Production division, you will engage in the assembly and assessment of various product lines, contributing to the advancement of innovative technologies and solutions that align with customer specifications and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly assemble and test diverse product lines.
  • Analyze test configurations and propose enhancements to boost quality and productivity.
  • Offer technical support to assembly teams regarding design, layout, and testing of prototype models.
  • Maintain testing apparatus and ensure a well-organized workspace.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A two or four-year degree in Electronics or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable manufacturing setting.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States as a citizen or permanent resident.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly.
  • Capable of maintaining balance while navigating factory environments.
  • Frequent movement around the facility, including bending, stretching, and reaching.
  • Prolonged periods of close-up and distance viewing of monitors and documents.
