About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician to join our team at Bel Fuse. As a key member of our Production team, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of multiple product lines, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test multiple product lines, adhering to strict quality and safety protocols.
  • Review test setups and provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency.
  • Provide technical assistance to Assemblers, including design, layout, and detail drawing, as well as testing equipment of experimental models.
  • Maintain testing equipment and organize working areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, preferably in a role involving assembly and testing.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with exposure to RF/microwave devices, chemicals, and high noise levels. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
