Job Summary

UCHealth is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist RN to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Staff Services department, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and survey readiness across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee activities designed to promote regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
  • Stay informed of regulatory/standards changes and interpret their applicability across patient care, ancillary, and general departments.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes to manage the reporting, investigation, and resolution of regulatory issues.
  • Guide action plan development, performance monitoring, and reporting when deficiencies are identified to reduce the risk of noncompliance.
  • Work collaboratively to identify best practices, ensure survey readiness, and prepare/deliver compliance communications and training throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • ~ 4 years' clinical experience in a hospital setting, including experience with regulatory requirements.
