Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Present financial solutions to customers, including loan options and insurance products, to meet their goals and objectives.
- Work closely with customers throughout the loan process, from application to closing, to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
- Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customers and grow our business.
- Stay up-to-date on credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to provide the best possible solutions for customers.
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual - Spanish a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $15.00-$19.00, based on skills and work experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellbeing options, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.
