As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will oversee unit staffing and provide guidance while ensuring the delivery of clinical objectives and high-quality patient care in your designated area.
You will be responsible for assigning, directing, educating, and supervising nursing and support personnel during your shift. Additionally, you will contribute to or conduct performance evaluations of staff members.
Your role will involve assessing daily patient care requirements and developing and distributing patient care assignments, ensuring that care is tailored to the specific needs of the patient population.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify any issues that may impact desired patient outcomes.You will address concerns regarding patient care and manage them through established protocols.
Your input may be sought for the hiring, training, directing, and evaluating of staff.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
A Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing is required prior to the hire date or job transfer date.
