Key Responsibilities
As an IAM Engineer, you will:
  • Act as a technical expert, delivering engineering solutions that ensure secure access for individuals while maintaining organizational visibility.
  • Gain insights into technical architecture and design to create robust, scalable software components.
  • Demonstrate your expertise by resolving engineering challenges and maintaining high software quality.
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold software quality and functional accuracy.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new technologies and assist in the design and lifecycle management of services.
  • Engage in research and proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing activities.
  • Monitor system capacity and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in object-oriented application development.
  • Experience with core Java design and development, particularly with RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies relevant to your responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and understanding of distributed programming concepts.
Preferred Skills
Additional experience in the following areas is advantageous:
  • Test automation and test-driven development.
  • CI/CD practices, including code pipelines and testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Unix-based operating systems and various database technologies.
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.

This position operates under a Hybrid/Flex work arrangement, requiring both onsite and virtual participation based on team needs.
