Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Staff My Agency. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Schedule appointments with potential customers and follow up with leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $30k - $45k, depending on experience
- A monthly bonus structure, with an average bonus of $15k - $20k per year
- A comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and 401k with 3% employer match

- A flexible schedule, with a 40-hour workweek and no late nights or weekends
Requirements:
- Insurance Sales Experience, with Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
- Sales experience, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Self-motivation and ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to customers and build strong relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty license
- Life & Health license
