Position Overview

Role Summary:

As a Fashion Retail Associate at H&M, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers stay stylish. Working closely with your team, you will aim to provide an outstanding shopping experience that drives sales and enhances profitability. By sharing your fashion expertise and assisting shoppers, you will play a vital role in maintaining a seamless shopping atmosphere and upholding high standards in store operations and garment care. You will report to Department Managers and align your work with H&M's standards, policies, and legal obligations.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers to enrich their shopping journey
  • Keep the sales floor organized for optimal customer interaction
  • Efficiently receive and unpack new merchandise
  • Restock and replenish clothing items on the sales floor and in the stockroom
  • Process transactions at the register and promote the H&M Loyalty program
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive work environment
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols

**Compensation for Sales Associates begins at $14.00 per hour. Permanent employees may qualify for a quarterly performance-based bonus.
