Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution and fulfillment of digital programs, as well as traditional programs (print)
  • Organize and assist in the placement of ads in the client's media plan, including creation of orders and quality checks
  • Coordinate strategy and execution of Google Ads programs, including keyword and competitor research, account management, and metrics presentation
  • Manage, optimize, and report on performance of paid efforts on social media platforms
  • Reconcile billing from media outlets against the media plan
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with media outlet contacts
  • Create, update, and manage data reporting sources and dashboards to present clients with relevant performance insights and action items

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital communications, or similar
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio, or similar)
  • Desire to learn in the digital marketing space and work in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to produce flawless deliverables
