Key Responsibilities
- Work as a remote Loan Officer, leveraging our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients and facilitate policy applications.
- Drive traffic to our Direct-to-Consumer platform, allowing clients to purchase insurance policies independently, while earning commissions for each sale.
- Monitor real-time dashboards for application status updates and track the performance of your 24/7 storefront.
- Participate in live zoom training sessions to stay up-to-date with our business systems and methods.
- Lead by example, demonstrating high moral character in every interaction with clients and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a 1099/commission-based position, with an average compensation of $1,000 per issued client application. Our top advisors can protect 15 to 20 clients per week, earning overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You will be vested from day one and may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract, providing full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.
