We are seeking a qualified adjunct faculty member to teach dance courses in the Department of Health & Human Performance at Texas A&M University-Commerce. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, as well as experience in teaching creative movement and improvisation.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the field of dance or a related field, and will be able to teach up to seven semester credit hours within the required discipline. Instruction may be delivered on-campus, off-campus, or online, and may be during the day and/or evening as dictated by student demand and departmental needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching dance courses, including ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, as well as creative movement and improvisation. They will also be expected to work cooperatively with other faculty members and staff to achieve departmental goals.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a strong background in dance, as well as experience in teaching and working with students. They must also be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
