Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer to oversee and supervise the activities within the powerhouse area at our Osceola, Arkansas manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the activities of personnel supporting varied plant areas for maximum efficiency at minimum cost.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of HVAC, steam, buildings, and water treatment systems.
  • Lead projects in the Engineering Department and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant operations and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and division policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • BS Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Leadership experience of a team of at least 5.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with boilers, chillers, HVAC, water treatment, electrical system maintenance, and compressed air systems.
