**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Requirements Analysis & Elicitation: Capture, analyze, and elicit business requirements to elaborate JIRA stories.
  • Functional Specification Development: Develop detailed functional specifications based on business requirements documents.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze and document to-be business and operation processes based on agreed requirements and/or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope-creep.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Requirements Transition: Participate in transitioning requirements to designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of requirements.
  • Test Scenario Development: Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate/train-the-trainer on application enhancements and maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes.
  • Testing and Scope Management: Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify findings accordingly, perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Mandatory:
    • 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
    • 5 years+ experience in Digital Channels and transaction banking.
    • Understanding of technology, but no coding experience required.
    • Capturing, analyzing, and eliciting business requirements.
    • Agile product development experience.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Detailed knowledge of payments in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong (regulatory too).
    • Knowledge of features offered by competitors.
    • Knowledge of technology trends, such as digital banking approaches.
    • API/SWIFT experience.
