About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will apply advanced accounting fundamentals to create, review and organize complex financial statements and reports. This role is part of our General Accounting function, responsible for developing and maintaining accounting processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial documents including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and payroll.
  • Follow standards and rules when keeping accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of general ledger, taxes, and other financial information data.
  • Closely monitor month-end accounting entries, reconcile balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • Post transactions to the general ledger and review variances to budget, forecast changes to the business.
  • Analyze and resolve accounts receivable issues, track and confirm payments, and ensure accurate account balances.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical mind, and ability to calculate complex financial figures.
