Job Summary

CHI Mercy Health Mercy Medical Center is seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. As a critical care RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including cardiac rhythms and respiratory status
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Perform various procedures, such as inserting central lines and ventilators
Requirements
  • Current Oregon RN license or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • ACLS and BLS certification
  • Experience in critical care or ICU setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment

The ICU at CHI Mercy Health Mercy Medical Center is a 16-bed unit with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. We have a team-oriented environment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
