Job Description

Aptura Group is a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and creating new customer relationships, including contractors, end users, and facility managers.
  • Participating in sales forecasting and planning to ensure accurate projections and goals.
  • Managing assigned sales and profit budget to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Providing budget or proposal pricing by compiling field measurements and reviewing specifications and plans.
  • Communicating with customers during job execution to ensure success and satisfaction.

You will work closely with accounting to set up new customers or add credit to existing ones, ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Additionally, you will stay abreast of industry codes and standards by participating in education webinars, seminars, and reviewing technical publications.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Ability to multitask as several projects will be running simultaneously.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in construction-related fields, preferably.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, door, and hardware schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam.
