Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Math Instructor to join our team at Schoolhouse 4 Math. As a Math Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering individualized instruction in a group setting, assessing students' learning progress, and communicating with parents and guardians.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach team members to deliver instruction in a group setting
  • Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
  • Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
  • Teach and tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
  • Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Passion for math and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
  • Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
Job Type

Part-time, in-person

Compensation

$17.00 ~ $20.00 per hour

Schedule
  • 4 shifts a week
  • Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 1 PM - 7 PM
  • Weekends: Saturday, 9 AM - 1 PM
