Role Summary: The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operational functions, ensuring that all services are executed efficiently to fulfill the needs of our participants. This position entails strategic planning, resource allocation, team leadership, and ongoing quality enhancement to deliver top-notch care and support to the elderly and disabled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage resources and budgets effectively.
  • Supervise and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team motivation and guidance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of PACE program regulations and standards.
