Fabrication Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Team Member to join our team at FASTSIGNS of Erie, PA. As a Fabrication Team Member, you will play a critical role in bringing our clients' visions to life by creating high-quality signs and visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow drawings and tasks provided by our Project Managers to create intricate and high-quality signs.
  • Operate computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to bring designs to life.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's quality standards and strive for excellence in every aspect of your work.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read and write English fluently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and outside-the-box thinking.
  • Comfortable handling and working with hand tools, including saws, cutters, and other sharp tools.
  • Ability to safely operate equipment and follow safety protocols.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and improve capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented work ethic and commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Welding experience.
  • Prior fabricating experience.
  • Experience with CNC Routers.
  • Previous sign making experience.
  • Painting skills.
