Key Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Identity Management Engineer, you will:
  • Design and implement secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions tailored for enterprise clients.
  • Ensure appropriate access levels to resources while safeguarding sensitive data from unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with the cyber security team and various departments to enhance automation in cloud identity management.
  • Automate identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Write and deploy code primarily within Azure, focusing on automation.
  • Contribute to a multi-cloud environment, leveraging expertise in GCP and AWS.

Impactful Contributions:

In this role, you will:
  • Architect a cloud-native infrastructure in Azure, adhering to best practices in Identity and Cybersecurity.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to peers and clients.
  • Establish monitoring systems and dashboards to track application performance and security.
  • Integrate security tools and processes into cloud environments for IAM.
  • Develop new standards and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and visibility.
  • Automate IAM tasks, including policy and role creation.
  • Document processes and procedures thoroughly.
  • Prepare presentations for IT and business management to secure approval for significant technology changes.
  • Offer technical leadership to engineering teams.
  • Engage in enterprise architecture design and planning activities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems administration, security, and access management.
  • Experience with various technical and business disciplines.

Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A proven history of automating processes within Cybersecurity and Cloud environments.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade automated solutions focused on user experience.
  • Knowledge of agile software delivery methodologies.
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as C#, Java, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and risk management processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with senior leadership.

Certifications:

CISSP or other advanced security certifications are preferred.
