Position Overview:
Our manufacturing division is seeking a seasoned RF Systems Engineer to join our Wireless Hardware Research and Development team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design, modification, and management of specific products from initial concept through to production and market release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative products while enhancing existing ones and refining processes related to RF and communication design.
  • Lead the design of RF circuits from inception to production, focusing on low-cost wireless communication products, including complete radio transceiver design and layout.
  • Conduct thorough RF circuit measurements utilizing advanced laboratory equipment such as spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.
  • Ensure design compliance with requirements through rigorous analysis, simulation, and empirical measurement, documenting results comprehensively.
  • Engage in field studies and system testing to validate product performance.
  • Provide comprehensive design and project support, including project leadership, regulatory compliance, reliability assessments, and component selection.
  • Coordinate and oversee the contributions of support staff, including technicians and CAD designers.
  • Lead various projects to successful completion.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Expertise in electronic circuits, RF circuits, and microwave theory.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF systems and wireless communication technologies.
  • Experience with FCC certification processes.
  • Proficiency in advanced modeling and simulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with communication theory and digital signal processing is advantageous.

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.

Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel (approximately 10%).
