Job Description: As a Renal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in the delivery of dialysis treatment, working closely with patients, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer dialysis treatment, monitoring patients' conditions and responding to any changes or complications
  • Conduct routine tests and observations, including blood pressure checks and vital signs monitoring
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines

Requirements:

  • BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), or equivalent certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably in dialysis or nephrology, desired
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Benefits: Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
