Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Guest Services and drive sales growth
  • Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including staff development, expense control, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans and ensure a high-quality store appearance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18
  • Prior retail and management experience required
  • Ability to work in excess of 8 hours per day, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
