Job Summary:
To build orders per customer requirement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package orders with designated materials, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Complete necessary documentation, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Conduct quality control inspections, verifying product accuracy and counts.
- Meet productivity requirements, maintaining a safe and efficient work pace.
- Keep aisles clean, removing empty skids and stacking them in designated areas.
- Perform daily forklift inspections, reporting any discrepancies to maintenance.
- Operate an industrial forklift safely and efficiently, following prescribed work procedures.
- Perform other miscellaneous and non-recurring duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating a forklift (sitting) and picking/packing materials.
- Warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of material handling principles.
- Ability to work overtime on short notice, with a flexible schedule.
- Pass a company forklift driving test, and be at least 18 years of age or older.
