Compensation Package

The compensation package for this position includes a guaranteed weekly schedule and an hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods. We prioritize work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling to ensure our therapists can maintain a healthy equilibrium.

 

Job Description

As a Dynamic Teletherapy Specialist, you will conduct virtual speech and language assessments, develop personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality services to students with diverse needs.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • A current Indiana SLP license
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A fast and reliable computer and internet connection (no Chromebooks or tablets permitted)

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
