Teletherapy Opportunities in Virginia

We are seeking skilled Teletherapists to join our team at MySpectrum, a progressive company providing teletherapy throughout Virginia and beyond. As an LCSW, LPC, or LCP licensed in the state of Virginia, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children and adults on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum.
Our Teletherapists will provide virtual therapy sessions using a HIPAA compliant platform, working with clients who may not have access to traditional office-based therapy. With a focus on reducing stigma and increasing accessibility, we strive to make therapy more convenient and effective for our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to build their caseload, work from home or office, and enjoy a competitive compensation package. Our Teletherapists can create their own hours, live anywhere in the state of Virginia, and receive 60% of what we bill insurance per session.

We recognize that building a strong caseload takes time, so we offer part-time positions with a minimum of 7 sessions per week, allowing you to gradually increase your client load as needed. Once full-time, you can expect to conduct approximately 30 client sessions per week, with an average salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Some of the responsibilities and duties of our Teletherapists include:
- Providing virtual therapy sessions in standard 45-60 minute blocks
- Completing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participating in ongoing education and training to improve skills and knowledge
- Contributing to the development of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients
To qualify for this role, you must have a clinical license in good standing, preferably LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, with experience working with diverse populations. You should also be comfortable working remotely and have high-speed internet access, as well as a HIPAA-protected space for virtual sessions.
