Milestones Behavioral Health is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our state-of-the-art 68-bed behavioral health hospital in Indianapolis, IN. As the CEO, you will be responsible for developing a culture that emphasizes high-quality care and patient safety, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.

• Leadership and Culture
  • Develop and maintain a culture that prioritizes patient-centered care and staff well-being.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and transparency in all interactions.
• Operational Excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive excellence.
• Business Development
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, focusing on revenue diversification and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the corporate contracting team to negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth.
• Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure the hospital maintains compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and implement effective survey readiness plans to maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance.

• Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health or acute care environment.
