Your Role as a Nurse Practitioner: As a Nurse Practitioner at WellBe, you will:

  • Deliver care directly in patients' homes, serving as their primary healthcare provider.
  • Support elderly and underserved populations, ensuring they receive the attention and resources they need.
  • Gather and document patients' medical histories accurately.
  • Diagnose both existing and new chronic or acute health issues, and regularly update treatment plans.
  • Order and review laboratory tests as necessary.

Holistic Care Approach: You will provide care in a compassionate and respectful manner, honoring the dignity of each patient. Our approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual, allowing for flexible visit frequencies.

Work Environment: This position offers a primarily remote work setting, granting you significant autonomy in your daily responsibilities. You will typically visit three patients per day, with no time constraints, allowing you to focus on delivering thorough and unhurried care.
