The Ladders is in search of a Financial Planning and Controls Coordinator. This position offers a unique work schedule with every other Friday off, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive planning and financial oversight to the Facilities & Site Services division. This includes engaging in financial forecasting, analysis, reporting, and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Work Scope Managers to establish and execute project baselines.
  • Create resource-loaded timelines, develop work breakdown structures, and manage charge number frameworks.
  • Ensure accurate costing of all identified resources utilizing the appropriate laboratory rates.
  • Generate various weekly and monthly status updates and respond to special requests, including performance and funds status reports.
  • Track expenditures and commitments against authorized funding.
  • Assist Work Scope Managers in validating that costs align with the work scope and provide detailed data as needed.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and staffing plans, monitoring progress against these plans.
  • Support the development of proposals and provide cost estimates for necessary resources.
  • Coordinate year-end and year-start activities as directed by the Business Manager.
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Level 3: Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.

Level 4: Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.

Compensation Information:

The salary range for this position is:
  • Level 3: $63,528 - $130,284
  • Level 4: $84,804 - $155,496
  • Compensation decisions are based on education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

  • This is a multi-level posting, and placement will depend on proven experience and skills.
