Job Summary

The Culinary Specialist is a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction at Taco Bell. This position requires a friendly, helpful individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage guests in a positive manner.
  • Accurately process orders and payments.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
  • Work effectively with delivery partners.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Must have a positive and friendly demeanor when interacting with coworkers and guests.
