Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians and community-based referral sources.
- Increase Medicare and overall census in the building.
- Review and assess the appropriateness and needs of prospective residents.
- Submit medical documentation to the facility for review and preparation of the admission.
- Represent the facility by participating in community functions, events, and fund raisers.
- Develop and maintain effective marketing and public relations programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to increase census and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to physicians, referral sources, and prospective residents.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in external admissions and marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with physicians and referral sources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Experience with marketing automation software and CRM systems.
