  • Stock and maintain food products at line stations to facilitate efficient service.
  • Portion food products accurately and efficiently, following standard portion sizes and recipes.
  • Keep workstations, including equipment, clean and sanitized to meet safety and sanitation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with food servers and attend to orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Properly store, rotate, and manage food products to meet local, state, federal, and company guidelines.
  • Assist with food prep tasks during off-peak periods as needed.
  • Participate in and contribute to employee meetings to improve processes and suggest ideas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
  • Knowledge of service standards and systems.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of prior heart of house experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Serve Safe certification preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift and maneuver products weighing up to 20-25 pounds.
Physical Demands
  • The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving on an ongoing basis within a fast-paced environment.
