About the Role

The Bartender is a key member of our hospitality team at Chase Stadium, responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, providing a warm and welcoming experience for every patron.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in guest service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Bar Operations: Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service as described, maintaining a clean and sanitary work station at all times.
  • Alcoholic Beverage Service: Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to state and federal regulations, and ensuring that guests are aware of the cut-off time.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of various beer, wine, and spirits available, and be able to suggestively upsell products to guests.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, and be able to de-escalate intoxicated guest situations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Six months or more experience bartending.
  • Cash Handling: Accurate cash handling skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
